Its journey across the palate reveals a distinct personality, with an enticing acidity that balances this smooth tasting experience. Cachaça Cerejeira 7 Engenhos Tropical Twist

This refreshing cocktail highlights the rich, vanilla and cinnamon notes of the Cachaça Cerejeira 7 Engenhos, balanced by citrus and a touch of sweetness from the honey syrup, creating a smooth, aromatic drink.

Ingredients:
2 oz Cachaça Cerejeira 7 Engenhos
1 oz fresh orange juice
1/2 oz honey syrup (1:1 honey to water ratio)
1/4 oz fresh lime juice
Dash of Angostura bitters (optional)
Ice
Garnish: orange slice and cinnamon stick

Instructions:
In a shaker, combine Cachaça Cerejeira 7 Engenhos, orange juice, honey syrup, lime juice, and bitters (if using).
Add ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a slice of orange and a cinnamon stick.
