Cachaça Old-Fashioned

This Old-Fashioned variation brings out the cachaça’s vanilla and spice undertones, complemented by the orange and bitters for a smooth, aromatic cocktail.

Ingredients:
2 oz Cachaça Carvalho 7 Engenhos
1/4 oz spiced simple syrup (or regular simple syrup)
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
Orange peel for garnish
Ice (large cubes preferred)

Instructions:
In a mixing glass, combine the Cachaça Carvalho 7 Engenhos, spiced simple syrup, and bitters.
Add ice and stir until well-chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
