MaxCana is a renowned Brazilian cachaça producer with a history of innovation and quality. Founded in 1987 by engineer Antônio Augusto, the distillery was created after he discovered harmful levels of copper and toxic substances in cachaça. After years of research, he perfected a cachaça with extremely low copper (0.02 mg/l) and eliminated harmful compounds like ethyl carbamate and furfural.
Today, under the leadership of his son, Anselmo Augusto, MaxCana continues to innovate, offering over 15 products, including fruit-infused and creamy cachaças.
