Ingredients:
2 oz Cachaça Carvalho 7 Engenhos
1/4 oz spiced simple syrup (or regular simple syrup)
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
Orange peel for garnish
Ice (large cubes preferred)
Instructions:
In a mixing glass, combine the Cachaça Carvalho 7 Engenhos, spiced simple syrup, and bitters.
Add ice and stir until well-chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
Express the orange peel over the glass to release its oils, then garnish with the peel.
